Matej Perpar is an attorney at law and partner at Kirm Perpar law firm Ltd. His expertise includes banking and finance, M&A, insurance law, insolvency law, intellectual property law and corporate law in general. Matej has specialist experience advising the Energy and Utilities, Real Estate and Insurance sectors. He is also an experienced litigator, focusing on complex commercial litigation.

Matej has proved to be a skilled team leader of various large-scale projects. He is an active member of German Chamber of Commerce in Slovenia and British – Slovenian Chamber of Commerce. Matej also holds a certificate enabling him to act as a member of Supervisory Boards. Recently, he provided a Study for European Commission on law applicable to insurance contract.
